Returns & Refunds Policy

At HandyExpression, every order is handmade and packed with care. As a small independent business, each item is created especially for you, and we truly appreciate your support.

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, please get in touch and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • Your item arrives damaged.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • Your item has a manufacturing defect.

If your order has arrived with any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at handyexpression@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once we have reviewed your request, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

As most of our products are handmade, personalised, or made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer

  • Incorrect product, colour, or design selected during checkout

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, we're always happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email  handyexpression@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs of the issue.

We'll review your request promptly and work with you to make things right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Depending on the circumstances, we may issue:

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund

  • A replacement item

Please note that once a refund has been processed, your bank or card provider may take several working days to return the funds to your account.
