As many of our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, finish, placement or texture may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.

Colours displayed on different screens may also vary slightly from the actual product.

3. Personalised Orders

Many of our products are personalised or made to order.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all names, dates, messages and other personalisation details submitted at checkout are accurate.

Once production has begun, personalised orders cannot usually be changed, cancelled or returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases involving:

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the chosen courier. While we always aim for prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee transit times.
